Speaking of Native Access updates, you may want to check out this thread on VI-Control: If not:Ī new instrument/section is to be added every month. If you already downloaded The Free Orchestra 2 from ProjectSAM, a Bold Legato Brass update/addition is waiting for you in your Updates page of Native Access. Put another way, in this thread I wanted to post only Kontakt libraries that anybody could use for free with the free Kontakt Player. I was posting libraries like the one you referenced in another thread for those who own the full/paid version of Kontakt and who can also take advantage of free third-party "open" libraries. I was posting libraries in this thread for the free Kontakt Player for those who may not have purchased Kontakt (either separately or with an including version of Komplete) so that they could also take advantage of using a Kontakt library without having to purchase the full version of Kontakt and just run it in the free Kontakt Player. It either won't run or it will only run for 15 minutes in "Demo Mode" in the free Kontakt Player. If you don't own the full/paid version of Kontakt, this is a big (up to $300) difference. It is a free open/unencoded Kontakt library for the full/paid ("Retail") version of Kontakt. It is definitely is not a free Kontakt library for the free Kontakt Player-the developer states so on the website and I can personally vouch that neither it or the paid version are Kontakt Player libraries. Well, since you asked: Yes, it is a Kontakt library but what kind? You can view all Kontakt libraries as one of two types: A registered/serialed/Player library or an "open"/unencoded/Full/Retail Kontakt library?
